Thus, meditation practices may promote mitotic cell longevity, both through decreasing stress hormones and oxidative stress and increasing hormones that may protect the telomere.
This further shows that our thoughts can directly influence our bodies, both positively and negatively.
Even just a few minutes a day of meditation can restore your inner calm and soothe stress.
